System for energy blocks
The Aceler company offers you a solution created by a scientific team led by prof. dr hab. Eng. Jan Taler at the Institute of Power Engineering Machines and Devices of the Krakow University of Technology. The developed system increases the efficiency, efficiency and flexibility of power boilers. The technology consists of two parts:

This system reduces the costs of start-up losses by shortening the start-up (significantly extending the life of the boiler pressure elements and superheater tubes) and significantly reducing the costs of cleaning the heating surfaces (walls of the combustion chamber and superheaters). Thanks to this technology, when burning coal with the excess air coefficient λ equal to 1.2, the boiler efficiency can increase to about 94%. The boiler start-up time may also be shortened by about 3 times and the boiler may be shut down at any speed.
2. A system to improve the flexibility of steam power units.
A method of using pressurized hot water storage tanks has been developed to increase the flexibility of power units. During the so-called night-time valleys, they can be used to reduce the power of the block (by about 16%). And in the period of peak demand for electricity, which usually occurs in our country from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., the power of the power unit can be increased (up to about 7%). Thanks to the use of storage tanks, starting the boiler from a cold state is faster and safer.

The Aceler company proposes to implement the above-mentioned technology through a one-time purchase or repayment of part of the costs of implementing systems from savings. In this system, the buyer pays his own payment and the rest of the investment is repaid in installments equal to the savings resulting from the implementation of the technology.
