Radosław Flis graduated from the University of Warsaw in 1998 with a master's degree in information flow at the Department of Cybernetics. All studies during studies were related to statistical, econometric calculations, information flow and its processing.


He started his professional career at the Hospi-Med Foundation for Hospitality and Reconstruction in Health Care in Warsaw, where in 1999 he became the President of the Management Board. For many years, as part of the Foundation, he provided specialized insurance, financial and legal services for public healthcare institutions and local government units.


Since 2009, he has participated in over ten major social and market research conducted by large research agencies. The research concerned innovation, e-business and entrepreneurship. He co-created more than 12 specialist publications, created mainly on the basis of conducted research.


From 2010, he dealt with investment processes in the IT, insurance and innovation industries. He was the director of a seed fund at Academic Incubators of Entrepreneurship in Warsaw.


Since 2010 he has been a contributor to the Institute for Sustainable Technologies - National Research Institute in Radom in the field of commercialization of research results and development works. He cooperates with the Institute in the field of commercialization of innovative technological solutions created under supervision and at the Institute for Sustainable Technologies - National Research Institute in Radom, in 70 Polish scientific units, including technical universities, universities, institutes and research and development centers.


Since 2011, he has been researching and promoting innovation. As part of the activities, he deals with a detailed analysis of each acquired innovation in terms of the possibility of transfer to the economy, as well as the search for companies interested in the commercialization of innovative technologies. To this end, he created and manages an internet portal with 270 innovations - www.sci2.biz - from Science to Business.



Since 2015, he has held the position of the President of Aceler, which promotes the three main energy innovations described on the portal
