Radosław Flis graduated from the University of Warsaw in 1998 with a master's degree in information flow at the Department of Cybernetics. All work during the studies was related to statistical and econometric calculations, information circulation and its processing.

He started his professional career at the Hospi-Med Foundation of Hospitality and Transformation in Healthcare in Warsaw, where in 1999 he became President of the Management Board. For many years, as part of the Foundation, he provided specialized insurance, financial and legal services for public health care institutions and local government units.

Since 2009, he has participated in over ten major social and market studies conducted by large research agencies. The research focused on innovation, e - business and entrepreneurship. He co-created over 12 specialist publications, mainly based on research.

From 2010, he was involved in conducting investment processes in the IT, insurance and innovation sectors. He was the director of the seed fund at the Academic Incubators of Entrepreneurship in Warsaw.

Since 2010, he has cooperated with the Institute of Sustainable Technologies - National Research Institute in Radom in the field of commercialization of the results of scientific research and development works. He cooperates with the Institute in the field of commercialization of innovative technological solutions created under the supervision and at the Institute of Sustainable Technologies - National Research Institute in Radom, in 70 Polish scientific units, including technical universities, universities, institutes and research and development centers.

Since 2011, he has been involved in research and promotion of innovation. As part of the activities, it deals with both a detailed analysis of each acquired innovation in terms of the possibility of transfer to the economy, and the search for companies interested in commercializing innovative technologies. For this purpose, he created and manages a web portal with 270 innovations - www.sci2.biz - from Science to Business.

Since 2015, he has been the President of the Aceler company, which promotes the three main energy innovations described on the website
